Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services including EKS, Lambda, RDS, and Kinesis Streams
• Design and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS architecture supporting millions of active users
• Own and enhance the complete CI/CD ecosystem using GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Set up end-to-end observability including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
• Design and deliver on-premises deployments replicating the cloud SaaS architecture
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and guide the engineering team on cloud best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Helm Charts
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Shell, and NodeJS
• Proven experience building SaaS-to-on-prem replicas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) or browser-based products
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog
• Exposure to SOC2 or ISO compliance environments
