About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development for automotive interior components
- Perform part modeling, drawing, and assemblies using UG NX
- Design plastic, sheet metal, and die-cast components
- Conduct feasibility studies and concept generation/evaluation
- Manage DFM, tooling, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design
- Proficiency in UG NX for part modeling and assemblies
- Experience with New Product Development (NPD) for automotive interiors
- Expertise in plastic, sheet metal, and die-cast component design
- Knowledge of DFM and tooling processes
- B.Tech degree
