Senior/Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify business growth opportunities through data analysis and actionable insights
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness including ROI, Attribution, and Incrementality
• Analyze user behavior through Retention, A/B testing, funnels, and conversions
• Implement AI and automation into analytical processes
• Support and develop junior analysts within the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, marketing, or data analytics
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar
• Understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical analysis, and causality
• Knowledge of attribution, funnels, and key marketing metrics
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into financial impact
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and defend conclusions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mentorship or building analytical teams
• Experience using AI tools in analytical workflows
