Senior/Lead, Business Process, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-site process mapping to simplify and standardize equipment manufacturing workflows
• Own the global MES process standard and business capability roadmap from definition through sustainment
• Define business requirements for MES design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment
• Establish and govern MES master data, transaction rules, process controls, and traceability requirements
• Partner with Planning and Logistics teams to improve production visibility and demand-to-build signal flow
• Ensure MES capabilities align with enterprise process standards and platform strategy
• Work with global process owners and IT to enhance MES functionality and improve user adoption
• Provide business insights to leadership regarding process performance and standardization opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent complex high-tech manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading business process improvement, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive measurable improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven program or project management capability with a track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Working knowledge of process-improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Relevant professional certification in Six Sigma or similar methodologies
