Senior/Cell Leader (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain team to meet quality and on-time delivery targets, overseeing parts sourcing and kitting activities.
• Supervise and develop team members through planned skills training to create a multi-skilled workforce.
• Drive root cause analysis when performance targets are not met and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including CORE, EH&S, and Ethics culture.
• Interface with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and HR to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance.
• Manage material flows across the kitting process value stream and optimize operations for efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience within the Aerospace or Manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance/repair of gas turbine engines.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of management in a matrix reporting organization.
