Senior Writer

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and maintain the narrative tone and voice of the game in accordance with the creative director's vision
• Write and supervise scripts, dialogues, and in-game narrative content, including cinematics, missions, and scripted events
• Collaborate closely with quest and mission designers to structure the narrative experience
• Lead the development of key characters, their voices, and their relationships
• Contribute actively to world-building, including cultures, locations, and narrative contexts
• Provide narrative feedback and mentorship to other writers
• Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity of all script content and reference documents
• Support narrative planning and integration with production teams and external partners

Requirements

• Significant experience in narrative writing and dialogue writing for interactive media
• Advanced expertise in narrative and dialogue writing
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple writers in a team context
• Excellent understanding of video game storytelling
• Ability to adapt to different styles, tones, and narrative needs
• Proficiency in giving and receiving high-level feedback
• Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
• Curiosity and creativity regarding worlds, societies, and narratives
