Responsibilities

• Execute across the funnel by concepting, writing, and editing copy for brand campaigns, web/app, email, performance marketing, and B2B collateral
• Steward the Motorway voice by maintaining and evolving brand voice guidelines across all channels
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations to ensure a coherent customer experience
• Lead on long-form and editorial content, including articles, thought leadership, and community content
• Edit and elevate AI-generated copy, establishing prompts and guardrails to scale content using tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Translate complex automotive industry topics, regulatory changes, and market trends into intuitive, high-converting copy
• Monitor content performance metrics and iterate to drive business results

Requirements

• Strong track record in copy/content writing within a fast-paced brand or agency
• Diverse portfolio featuring both short-form marketing copy and long-form editorial pieces
• Ability to simplify complex topics without losing nuance
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT into daily workflows
• Knowledge of content visibility in traditional SEO and generative AI search engines
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder opinions and providing constructive feedback
• Craft-first mentality with the ability to deliver at pace

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B or marketplace experience
• Experience writing for automotive, mobility, or consumer tech brands
• CMS experience
• Experience working in or alongside an in-house creative studio
