Senior Writer, Editor & Research Lead

Responsibilities

• Produce fast-turn editorial content (analysis, explainers, POV posts) regarding AI trends and model releases
• Write long-form thought leadership, technical features, and research-driven narratives
• Own the end-to-end proprietary research program, including survey design, vendor management, and data interpretation
• Transform research findings into a full content slate including blog posts, social media assets, and sales enablement materials
• Conduct interviews with executives, subject matter experts, and customers
• Provide direct line management, work allocation, and editorial coaching for a small team of writers and editors

Requirements

• 5+ years in editorial writing, journalism, or content marketing with a technology focus
• Deep, demonstrable AI fluency (understanding of RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI trends)
• Experience managing or contributing to a proprietary research program and survey methodology
• Experience conducting technical and executive interviews
• Experience in B2B technology, enterprise SaaS, or AI sectors
• Proven experience directing or managing a small team of writers or editors

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex data and spot meaningful statistical patterns
• Strong editorial judgment for both rapid-response and long-form content
