Senior Workplace Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Aon’s workplace services and national team in France, including both outsourced and insourced staff.
• Act as the primary strategic, tactical, and operational support for the Executive Director.
• Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements across the country.
• Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics.
• Drive efficiencies and consistency across the portfolio, managing budgets, service levels, and MI.
• Manage and support Real Estate projects, including oversight of security and corporate fleet management.
• Foster a high-performance culture and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities lead within a corporate or professional services firm.
• Proven experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Direct experience in procurement is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing mid-sized teams and complex projects.
• Strong background in change management leadership.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, budget management, and resource development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support a dynamic leadership team.
• Successful track record working within international corporate environments.
