Senior Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including repairs, maintenance, food/beverage, janitorial, and physical security
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, and service performance
• Manage workplace budgets, including operational and capital expenditures
• Utilize internal ticketing systems to prioritize requests and coordinate services
• Mentor and develop Workplace team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and sustainability regulations
• Lead workplace projects and regional initiatives from planning through execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, workplace services, or facility management in a corporate setting
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• Understanding of facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, electrical, and plumbing
• Experience with work order ticketing, project management, and financial software (e.g., ServiceNow, Monday.com, Microsoft 365)
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Experience managing operational expense budgets
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting creative teams in video games, film, or music industries
• IFMA qualification
• OSHA Safety training
• Corporate office construction project experience
