Senior Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead San Francisco flagship office delivery, including fit-outs, moves, and expansions
• Oversee full workplace service ecosystem including facilities, maintenance, catering, and security
• Manage US workplace budgets, forecasting, and vendor performance KPIs
• Build and coach a high-performing workplace service team to support scaling operations
• Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams like IT, HR, and Finance

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management
• Proven track record managing large-scale office operations or multiple locations
• Strong leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and operational budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality-driven, premium corporate environments
• Background in tech or hypergrowth companies
• Degree in facility management, hospitality, or business administration
