About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead San Francisco flagship office delivery, including fit-outs, moves, and expansions
- Oversee full workplace service ecosystem including facilities, maintenance, catering, and security
- Manage US workplace budgets, forecasting, and vendor performance KPIs
- Build and coach a high-performing workplace service team to support scaling operations
- Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams like IT, HR, and Finance
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management
- Proven track record managing large-scale office operations or multiple locations
- Strong leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and operational budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality-driven, premium corporate environments
- Background in tech or hypergrowth companies
- Degree in facility management, hospitality, or business administration
