Senior Workplace Host

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Workplace Hosts to deliver outstanding service
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring all services meet contractual and SLA requirements
• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all employees and visitors
• Maintain workplace and event spaces as a corporate showcase, ensuring rooms are reset and functioning
• Monitor soft services delivery including cleaning, plant maintenance, and reactive maintenance needs
• Manage workplace allocations including lockers, End-of-Trip facilities, and car park auditing
• Support and coordinate onsite events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
• Conduct site tours and act as an ambassador for workplace culture and brand values
• Maintain accurate workplace data, documentation, and mailbox management
• Promote safety, sustainability, and cost-effective decision-making

Requirements

• Strong background in hospitality or customer service with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences
• Experience leading or supervising a small customer-facing team
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and outstanding communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating workplace systems
• A solution-focused mindset and a collaborative team approach
