Senior Workplace Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Singapore facilities to ensure offices are well-maintained, safe, clean, and welcoming
• Support office expansions and new space requirements by working with building management and cross-functional teams
• Drive community engagement by executing a calendar of social, wellbeing, educational, and CSR events
• Lead the Singapore social committee and act as a cultural touchstone for the office
• Manage vendor relationships with cleaning staff, building management, and other service providers
• Oversee office-related budgets for snacks, drinks, and events, collaborating with Finance on invoice processing
• Support new joiners with onboarding to ensure they feel integrated into the workplace community

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality/events management
• Proven experience managing vendors to deliver on deadlines and stay within budget
• Track record of supporting workplace expansions and managing building management relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for bringing people together and building community
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience working in fast-growth, dynamic, or start-up environments, ideally within technology or fintech
• Strong project management skills and experience with contract negotiation
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance and modern facility management tools
