Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office and administrative functions
  • Oversee employee in-office experience, conference rooms, kitchen supplies, and mail management
  • Plan and host in-office and virtual company-wide events, handling all logistics
  • Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, and employee perks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative leadership preferred
  • Proficiency in Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work full-time in the Scottsdale office
