Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office and administrative functions
- Oversee employee in-office experience, conference rooms, kitchen supplies, and mail management
- Plan and host in-office and virtual company-wide events, handling all logistics
- Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, and employee perks
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management or administrative leadership preferred
- Proficiency in Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work full-time in the Scottsdale office
