About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day workplace operations and oversee the office experience in Raleigh.
  • Own local workplace programs including food, supplies, mail, and visitor support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Raleigh workplace needs and building management.
  • Manage workplace service tickets globally, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
  • Support event logistics for team offsites, customer visits, and employee engagement activities.
  • Facilitate the local new hire onboarding experience to foster meaningful connections.
  • Track vendor spend, manage local budgets, and work with Procurement to onboard vendors.
  • Drive Workplace AI initiatives and serve as the lead for data and tooling to improve performance.
  • Provide operational support for global employee experience and virtual onboarding sessions.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in workplace or employee experience roles.
  • Experience supporting hybrid work environments and distributed workforces.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline workflows.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, and event logistics.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Raleigh office 4 days per week.
  • Physical ability to stand, move, and lift items up to 50lbs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
