About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the high-volume recruiting funnel, managing conversion, time-to-hire, and cost-per-qualified-contractor targets
  • Own recruitment marketing and ad spend across job boards, sponsored jobs, geo campaigns, and referral programs
  • Architect the recruiting operations stack, including ATS configuration, automation, workflows, and integrations
  • Run a disciplined 1099 onboarding process in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Codify processes, templates, and operating cadences to make the system reproducible across all company programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years in recruiting operations, high-volume/hourly talent acquisition, or workforce strategy
  • Demonstrated experience scaling high-volume hiring or contractor programs
  • Hands-on configuration experience with ATS or high-volume recruiting platforms
  • Fluency with recruiting metrics and analytical tools
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing and ad budgets
  • Working knowledge of 1099 contractor onboarding and cross-functional compliance
  • Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate sourcing and candidate communications
