About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors (CCW), EIBs, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate
- Implement secure integration frameworks including SFTP, HTTPS, encryption standards, OAuth, and WS-Security
- Configure and maintain Workday security models, including domain security policies and role-based access
- Build and optimize Workday reports using Advanced Report Writer, calculated fields, and RaaS publishing
- Participate in Workday release management, including impact analysis and testing coordination
- Partner with People, TA, IT, and Payroll teams to identify automation opportunities and scale through smart system design
- Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and operational runbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in HRIS/People Technology
- Advanced technical expertise in Workday integrations (CCW, EIBs, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, and RaaS)
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture (domain policies, ISUs, OAuth, and WS-Security)
- Hands-on experience with XSLT/XPath transformations and external API integrations
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
