Senior Workday Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integration consultants through Workday deployments
• Design, build, and support testing for Workday integration code bases, including Studio, EIB, and core connectors
• Work directly with clients to deliver technical requirements and design documents
• Develop high-quality Workday integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems
• Engage with third-party vendors to complete complex integration work
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both internal teams and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday implementation experience OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Current Workday Certification in one of the following: Integrations, Studio, Extend, or Orchestrate
• 3 years of experience with integration development using technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, or middleware

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing projects within a structured methodology
• Experience with implementations for state or local government entities
• Background working in HR or Financial Department environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for client presentations and technical documentation
