Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday, ATS, compensation, and payroll tools
• Lead automation projects to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy
• Manage change management for system updates and new technology implementations
• Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing to maintain data integrity
• Act as a Workday administrator, including data entry and maintenance
• Build and maintain Workday dashboards and reports for actionable insights
• Provide expert support and training to People team members and managers
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM (configuration, maintenance, integration, and implementations)
• Experience working in a matrixed or multi-national environment
• Proficiency in Excel and working with structured data
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
