About the role
Responsibilities
- Create work and inspection plans and schedules to ensure smooth project realization
- Coordinate internally with project leaders, environmental managers, ecologists, and sustainability coordinators
- Coordinate externally with clients, subcontractors, and permit providers
- Organize the timely delivery of scope, time, quality, and safety requirements to suppliers
- Monitor costs during execution and manage budgets for additional or reduced work
- Prepare interim reports and final delivery dossiers
Requirements
- MBO or HBO level education in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a work preparer, project engineer, project coordinator, or site manager at a medium to large contractor
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to solve technical and complex problems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility

- Monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,700 depending on experience
