Responsibilities

• Layout and physical build of complex electrical enclosures with supporting electronics
• Work around 3-phase, high power, and high voltage systems
• Perform harness assembly including crimping, soldering, cable lacing, and sleeving
• Troubleshoot electrical systems via continuity, resistance, hi-pot testing, and grounding verification
• Collaborate frequently with engineering teams
• Maintain high quality standards through conductor labeling and documentation
• Perform test facility maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace or automotive industries
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring pinout diagrams
• Knowledge of sensors including pressure, temperature, load cells, mass flowrate, and current transducers
• Knowledge of electrical components such as power supplies, network switches, relays, and connectors
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and PLC hardware/software interfaces
• Familiarity with pressurized and fluid systems hardware
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and maneuver in restricted spaces
