Senior Wholesale Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business development channels to expand the wholesale network and presence in untapped markets
• Manage and expand the wholesale client portfolio by nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts
• Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Analyze wholesale sales data, trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, and logistics for wholesale accounts to ensure timely delivery
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and partnership terms
• Report on wholesale performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or e-commerce account management
• Strong understanding of wholesale operations and distribution channels
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, or CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the consumer goods industry (e.g., beauty, food, fashion)
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
