Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify industry-leading wet process equipment in a new cleanroom environment
• Manage wet process equipment performance through data analysis, troubleshooting, and preventative/corrective maintenance
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production yield
• Utilize project management skills to complete milestones and close hardware gaps regarding equipment deficiencies
• Establish and maintain productive vendor relations to drive best-in-class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience working as an Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field, or equivalent military experience
• AAS degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
