Senior Web Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and evolution of onxmaps.com and associated web properties
• Define and maintain a 6–12 month web roadmap balancing growth, brand, and product needs
• Drive website funnel conversion through A/B and multivariate experiments using tools like VWO or Optimizely
• Set and report on web performance KPIs using GA4 and Tableau
• Establish scalable web production processes and CMS architecture in partnership with Engineering and Design
• Oversee the web project pipeline including intake, prioritization, and sprint planning
• Manage relationships with external agency and vendor partners

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web marketing, digital strategy, or web product management
• Strong background in CRO and A/B testing
• Proficiency in web analytics including GA4 and Google Search Console
• Deep understanding of web architecture, content strategy, and organic discoverability
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-vertical web ecosystems
• Proven ability to build and run scalable web operations and cross-functional workflows
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and content architecture
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and web accessibility standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Permanent US work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform products spanning mobile apps and web
• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and workflows
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Background in structured data and schema markup implementation
• Experience with CMS migrations or platform re-architecture
