Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and optimization of high-performing landing pages focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Manage and grow the local MarTech team, providing coaching, structure, and technical leadership
• Build and maintain a CRO experimentation backlog, including hypotheses, variants, and A/B testing calendars
• Guarantee ultra-light, high-performing, and responsive web pages with a focus on speed and stability
• Design and execute A/B tests at scale and analyze results to industrialize winning variations
• Standardize winning UX patterns into reusable templates and components
• Act as a central interface between Advertising, Product, IT, and Data teams

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional web development experience
• 3+ years of proven experience in team management and leadership
• Proficiency in vanilla JS, HTML5/CSS3, and PHP
• Strong knowledge of Memcached and API/AJAX calls
• Expertise in web performance optimization (network, rendering, and minimal bundling)
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and analytics to interpret acquisition KPIs
