Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent web development projects across varied technology stacks
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure web solutions using modern engineering best practices
• Rapidly evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and libraries as project needs evolve
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage enterprise web platforms, including documentation and CMS
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and architectural guidance
• Mentor mid- and senior-level developers to promote knowledge sharing and standardized practices
• Troubleshoot complex issues across heterogeneous environments to drive root-cause resolution
• Translate business requirements from marketing and design teams into robust technical implementations

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on web development experience
• Demonstrated success working across multiple technology stacks (frontend, backend, and CMS platforms)
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST/GraphQL, authentication, security, and performance optimization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile delivery processes
• Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments involving content, community, or learning platforms
• Background in API-first development or headless architectures
