Senior Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performing landing pages, email templates, and digital campaigns from concept through deployment
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to align digital experiences with campaign strategy, messaging, and conversion goals
• Partner with IT and Development teams to ensure scalable architecture and pixel-perfect implementation
• Create and maintain reusable components and design systems that bridge design and development
• Optimize web experiences for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Conduct usability testing and prototype interactive experiences based on data and performance metrics
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints to enhance user engagement

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional experience in web design and front-end development
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and design-to-development workflows
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks
• Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, user-centered design, and information architecture
• Proven experience building high-converting landing pages and marketing campaign assets
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Familiarity with marketing automation or email deployment tools like HubSpot or Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
• A portfolio demonstrating both high-quality visual design and front-end implementation skills
