Senior Web Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Define high-level content strategy across web experiences to support awareness, evaluation, and conversion
• Own content strategy outcomes from concept through performance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Design content strategy for human users and AI-driven discovery, optimizing for emerging search patterns
• Collaborate with SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Performance Analysis teams
• Partner with UX and Content teams to define information architecture, content hierarchy, and user flows
• Utilize web analytics to proactively map how the web supports strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 8 years of experience with web usability, information architecture, and writing for the web
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web usability and information architecture
• B2B writing experience
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
