Senior Wealth Strategist

Responsibilities

• Provide customized wealth planning and specialized advice to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and Investment Advisors to deliver comprehensive financial, tax, estate, and succession solutions
• Facilitate goals-based discovery processes and develop detailed, complex financial plans using advanced financial analysis
• Act as a subject matter expert on specialized planning regulations, policies, and emerging legislative trends
• Develop educational content and training materials for internal resources and client-facing use
• Build and maintain internal and external networks to drive business growth and asset consolidation
• Ensure all activities adhere to banking regulations, legal requirements, and established risk guidelines

Requirements

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in wealth planning or financial services
• University degree in a relevant field of study
• Proven experience working directly with HNW and UHNW client segments
• Extensive technical proficiency in wealth planning strategies, including tax, estate, and trust planning
• Strong knowledge of investment management principles, economics, and financial markets
• Expert-level verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and collaborate effectively across different business groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree
• Relevant professional designations
