Senior Warehouse Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Propose developmental ideas and activities for material handling strategy and concepts
• Lead change and improvement projects in ESST based on proactive data and process analysis
• Drive material handling related OKRs and ensure alignment with Ericsson standards
• Facilitate local and global cooperation on material handling topics
• Lead and participate in internal audits for the material handling area
• Create and update procedure instructions according to industry and company requirements
• Onboard new employees into the MH process control team

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Logistics or Material Handling (or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience)
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
• Hands-on experience with Lean toolbox (e.g., Value Stream Mapping)
• Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• High level of English proficiency (B2 level or higher) in writing, speaking, and presenting
• Ability to manage projects regarding scope, time, cost, and quality
