Senior Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and ongoing operations of the new Toronto fulfillment center, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with Ontario OHSA and ESA regulations.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing warehouse teams, including supervisors and frontline employees.
• Manage FC budget planning, cost control initiatives, and headcount forecasting in partnership with HR and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive process optimization using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data to make data-driven decisions and lead large-scale improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5-8+ years of management experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading large, diverse, multi-shift teams of 30–200+ employees.
• Expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and continuous improvement tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Deep understanding of Ontario warehouse safety regulations (OHSA) and labor laws (ESA).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have legal status to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
