Senior Warehouse Controller

Responsibilities

• Execute physical supply chain activities including inventory, warehousing, and logistics management
• Ensure optimal storage conditions to maintain product quality
• Execute timely receipt, dispatching, picking, and packing of goods
• Perform inventory management activities such as stock counting, binning, and slotting
• Manage consignment stock, rotables processes, and non-stock items
• Resolve supplier and customer queries in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety and health principles to ensure zero harm
• Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
• Valid code B or C1 driver’s license
• Materials Handling Equipment license (up to 4 Ton Forklift)
• At least 1 year of experience in a materials management environment within a large operation
• Experience utilizing SAP or similar systems
• Experience driving a forklift regularly
• Medical certificate of fitness

Preferred Qualifications

• Material Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Certificate
• Additional Materials Handling Equipment licenses (Order picker, reach truck, etc.)
