Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site performance across warehouse and planning with full accountability for the 3PL relationship and agency workforce governance
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement by driving measurable gains in cost efficiency, quality and safety
• Lead and engage senior internal and external stakeholders while balancing competing priorities
• Define and deliver multi-year operational strategy, including capacity planning and potential site expansion
• Own site KPIs including efficiency, accuracy and cost metrics with full budget accountability
• Drive international alignment across sites, championing standardisation and best-practice sharing
• Build organisational capability through structured mentorship, succession planning and team development
• Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure and invoice authorisation

Requirements

• 8+ years leading operations or production at scale, ideally within FMCG
• Proven track record delivering against KPIs and cost performance in high-pressure environments
• Deep experience managing labour-intensive operations and complex agency workforce models
• Strong command of health and safety and compliance in a warehouse or production setting
• Lean manufacturing expertise, with Black Belt certification preferred
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and interpret cost data
• Collaborative, ego-free leadership style
• Decisive judgment and composure under ambiguity
