Senior Visual/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites and applications
• Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets ensuring brand consistency
• Design responsive and adaptive layouts for various screen sizes and devices
• Build low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts
• Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve experiences
• Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Conduct usability testing and implement accessible design principles
• Refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer
• Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and UX researchers
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and design feasibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end development including HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript
