Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver visual merchandising guidance for regional VM teams and global retail teams
• Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure VM guidance aligns with strategic business aims and inspiring visual displays
• Align with Design’s creative vision and global styling direction to ensure displays are both creatively driven and commercially mindful
• Work with Architecture and Activations teams to support fixture, prop, and activation developments
• Support regional VM teams through regular feedback, training, and store visits
• Drive compliance with global standards and maintain excellent product knowledge across regions
• Manage Outlet VM Manager and execution
• Support the visualization of renders for windows and pop-up teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role
• Proven experience in guideline development and supporting global standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with large assortments
• Strong awareness of luxury industry trends and a passion for fashion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Adobe knowledge is beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a cross-functional environment
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a clear understanding of merchandising and business requirements
