Senior Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Establish visual quality and brand consistency across in-app UI, emails, marketing site, and social media
• Drive visual decision-making informed by brand guidelines, industry trends, and accessibility standards
• Evolve and optimize foundational design standards, including design systems and component libraries
• Create reusable frameworks and scalable templates for promotion cards, dashboards, and hero images
• Build and maintain a visual asset library for email templates, social graphics, and landing pages
• Implement and optimize email templates using a modular content block system
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to implement and track performance metrics for marketing assets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in typography, colour theory, and layout
• Expertise in Figma with organized asset management
• Experience building design systems and scalable design processes
• Solid understanding of email design constraints and marketing asset production
• Deep knowledge of web best practices and performance impact of design decisions
• Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a design refresh or rebrand at a consumer-facing company
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
• Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or custom illustration
• Experience implementing visual assets and HTML/CSS in Braze
