Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for video content
• Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
• Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling
• Manage media, equipment setup, and organized archives of raw footage and project assets
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life
• Stay updated on video trends and social media formats to improve engagement

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing various video styles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
