Responsibilities

• Lead planning, storyboarding, and execution of high-quality video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
• Develop and own creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and align with campaign objectives
• Oversee and execute professional-level editing, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Mentor junior videographers or editors, providing feedback and creative guidance
• Manage the full production pipeline from media management to equipment setup and file optimization
• Stay ahead of video trends and emerging formats to ensure content remains fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and creative production
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing diverse video styles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and video algorithms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading small production teams or freelancers
