Senior Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Partner with podcast teams to develop and launch new video shows through creative consultation and execution
• Edit and produce longform video episodes for YouTube with high production value
• Create platform-native shortform content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Design and implement scalable visual elements including motion graphics and captions
• Manage and mentor freelance editors and designers to ensure brand consistency
• Write and edit scripts in collaboration with hosts and show teams
• Collaborate with editorial, social, and audience development teams to meet performance goals

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital video production
• Proven track record creating editorial or creator-driven content for social and streaming platforms
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere
• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects
• Experience managing freelancers or vendors
• Strong editorial instincts and scriptwriting ability
• Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Reels ecosystems
