Senior Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead the editing, production, and delivery of video assets across product marketing, brand campaigns, and social media
• Partner with brand, social, growth, and product teams to shape visual narratives and messaging
• Transform hero videos into short-form, platform-native assets using AI tools for efficiency
• Produce conversion-oriented content including explainers, feature deep-dives, and lead-generation creatives
• Create livestream marketing visuals such as opening videos, product demos, and rapid highlight clips
• Coordinate U.S.-based footage with China-based post-production and AI resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of professional experience in video production or post-production
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Experience in short-form conversion content, content commerce, or livestream support
• Strong project management skills to coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with AI video tools like Descript, HeyGen, or CapCut automation
• Fluency in both English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, hard-tech, or consumer electronics industries
• Experience supporting executive-facing or founder-led content
• Experience in livestream content operations and rapid clipping
• Experience developing standardized content templates or production playbooks
