Senior Video Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the editing and post-production of all video and motion content for the Client's portfolio
• Manage and develop the Bogotá City-based Motion Designer/Video Editor team
• Partner with the Senior Producer on production scheduling and delivery planning
• Lead the review and refinement of GenAI video output from Pencil
• Establish and maintain post-production quality standards including color grading and audio mixing
• Manage the edit review process and coordinate feedback cycles with creative and account teams
• Maintain organized file management, project archiving, and asset storage
• Stay current with video editing technology, GenAI video tools, and motion design trends
• Support the onboarding and training of new Motion Designers and Video Editors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing across digital formats
• Experience leading or mentoring a post-production or editing team
• Familiarity with GenAI video generation tools like Runway or Pencil
• Understanding of digital video delivery specs for social, broadcast, and web
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using After Effects
• Expert-level proficiency with AI-assisted post-production workflows
