Responsibilities

• Produce multiple long-form internal video projects per month, owning end-to-end editing from raw footage to final assets
• Handle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and B-roll integration
• Optimize video for clarity, engagement, and storytelling
• Build and maintain editing SOPs and templates to help the team scale
• Quality control vendor and contractor edits to ensure brand standards
• Report on video performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual craft
• Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience editing internal, corporate, or B2B video content
• Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement, and sound design
• Experience with motion graphics and kinetic typography
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to communicate creative choices to non-video stakeholders
• Curiosity regarding AI-driven tools and new media workflows
