About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage $60M USD revenue, oversee margin levels, and maintain monthly fee and resource forecasts
- Lead large teams of 240+ professionals delivering project management, cost management, and project controls services
- Oversee compliance with Business Management Systems, including risk management, contracts, and health & safety
- Drive market share growth through new business opportunities and high-growth partnerships
- Identify and close business development opportunities including cross-selling and leading job pitches
- Manage staff recruitment, performance reviews, and resource planning
- Provide senior-level technical expertise in data center sector cost validation, estimating, and benchmarking
- Improve internal project and cost management systems, processes, and templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- 7 years of experience in the offered role or related occupation
- Expertise in cost planning, estimating, and value engineering
- Proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in project controls and program management
