Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage $60M USD revenue, oversee margin levels, and maintain monthly fee and resource forecasts
• Lead large teams of 240+ professionals delivering project management, cost management, and project controls services
• Oversee compliance with Business Management Systems, including risk management, contracts, and health & safety
• Drive market share growth through new business opportunities and high-growth partnerships
• Identify and close business development opportunities including cross-selling and leading job pitches
• Manage staff recruitment, performance reviews, and resource planning
• Provide senior-level technical expertise in data center sector cost validation, estimating, and benchmarking
• Improve internal project and cost management systems, processes, and templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
• 7 years of experience in the offered role or related occupation
• Expertise in cost planning, estimating, and value engineering
• Proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in project controls and program management
