About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy across agency brands by analyzing market, customer, and competition
- Monitor pharmaceutical, biotech, and oncology industry trends to communicate business opportunities
- Identify target audience beliefs and behavioral drivers for HCPs and patients
- Conduct primary and secondary research and interpret market research design methodology
- Design and facilitate customized workshops for positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Develop strategic deliverables including brand positioning, creative briefs, and brand plans
- Travel in person for client meetings as required
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, strategy consulting, or pharmaceutical advertising
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint storytelling capabilities
- Ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with oncology brands
