Easebuzz is a fintech organization that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs. The company focuses on building plug-and-play products including payment infrastructure, lending, subscription, and eKYC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategies for the Payment Aggregator business to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic alliances with Banks, FinTechs, SaaS platforms, ERP providers, and marketplaces.
• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
• Develop scalable partner programs, commercial models, and incentive structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to launch partnership-led payment solutions.
• Develop sales strategies based on market intelligence and execute go-to-market plans for new products.
• Oversee the sales process and implement best-in-class controls to improve efficiency.
• Manage hiring, retention, and performance of business development verticals.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Merchant Category Codes (MCC), and PCI-DSS standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the payments industry with leading peers.
• Proven track record in strategic alliances and ecosystem growth.
• Deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem.
• Expertise in sales strategy planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Payments and Settlement Act (RBI), MCC, PCI-DSS, and Nodal/Escrow accounts.
