Senior Vice President of People and Culture

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth.
• Partner with the executive team to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement through engagement strategies.
• Oversee People operations, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and legal compliance.
• Manage total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
• Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
