About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead North America Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales, driving quota attainment and customer impact
- Co-develop revenue strategy with the CRO and align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
- Own and scale a company-wide cross-sell strategy to expand revenue within the existing customer base
- Strengthen forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and performance management with Revenue Operations
- Represent the revenue organization in executive forums, board updates, customer meetings, and strategic negotiations
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, inclusive revenue leadership team
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market functions
- 5+ years in an SVP or equivalent leadership role
- Experience scaling SaaS or recurring revenue organizations to $100M+ ARR
- Proven success building cross-sell or customer expansion strategies
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing company-wide decisions
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, enterprise sales, and customer lifecycle economics
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-layered teams with direct oversight of VP-level leaders
- Background in board-level or investor-facing communications
- Experience supporting M&A diligence or integration planning
