Senior Vice President, NorAm Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American private sector sales strategy to grow SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
• Lead and manage the NorAm private sector sales organization through efficient planning, forecasting, and coaching
• Build and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers across target accounts
• Deliver compelling pitches and executive-level business cases demonstrating Keeper's value
• Work with channel sales teams and partners to advance pipeline and expand market reach
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support go-to-market programs and strategic account planning
• Use data and pipeline analytics to assess performance and inform strategic decision-making
• Travel to customer meetings, partner meetings, and industry conferences

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience
• At least 7 years in a senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Experience selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in North American private sector markets
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise opportunities
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, and access management markets
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or a related field
