Senior Vice President - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand-level marketing strategies to support growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Manage agency partners and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with brand priorities and budget discipline
• Build trusted relationships with Regional Developers and serve as a key marketing partner to the regional network
• Drive adoption of marketing best practices, tools, playbooks, and technology across the franchise network
• Optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, setting clear expectations for execution and professional growth
• Define, track, and report on KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing experience
• Mandatory experience in franchise marketing within a multi-unit or distributed operating model
• Experience in commercial, B2B, or local services marketing
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience working with franchisees, regional leaders, or field-based stakeholders
• Deep understanding of CRM marketing, lead management workflows, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or janitorial industries
• Experience working with layered franchise structures like master franchisees or area developers
• Proficiency with marketing technology adoption, automation, and reputation management
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
