Senior Vice President, Head of Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization, setting the vision and operating model to support Teva's "Pivot to Growth" strategy.
• Strategically partner with Commercial, Finance, and Network stakeholders to align supply chain outcomes with enterprise business goals.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation through simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.
• Maximize Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to resolve demand and supply imbalances effectively.
• Oversee global logistics and distribution center performance in collaboration with Commercial Supply Chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or a comparable leadership function.
• BA/MA in SCM, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• High proficiency in logistics and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Expertise in E2E scenario planning, demand forecasting, and supply/capacity planning.
• Strong background in network strategy and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to manage complexity within a large, global, and highly regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPSM.
• Experience working within a large, complex matrixed organization with global governance structures.
• Expertise in emerging technologies and innovative approaches specifically within Pharmaceutical SCM.
